I made a telephone call to Cloudy2Clear and was amazed at the prompt resonse. Neil said he was in the area and so he came the same day to give us the requested estimate for our problem window pane. He immediately measured the window and gave us a very good quote. He made the appropriate call to confirm availability of the pane that was required and a fitting date was made for the following week. At the confirmed date and time Neil and a fitter, within a very short time, removed and replaced the faulty window pane internally. There was absolutely no mess and they even cleaned the window before they left! They provided a friendly, as well as thoroughly professional, service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
