Cloudy2Clear Windows have taken major steps to ensure customers receive the best possible service with major investment in vehicles and staff in the first half of 2013. Branches across the UK have taken delivery of over £270,000 worth of new vehicles to deal with soaring demand.
Operations Manager Peter Chorlton is delighted with the new investment, ‘The message that we can save householders money by replacing their steamed up double glazing rather than them having to get new windows and at a small fraction of the price is really getting through now. Our branches are, on average, dealing with over 140 leads per month, with some getting over 200 and 300. This places a huge strain on our people if they haven’t got the right equipment and some have been bursting at the seams so it’s great to see more vehicles and therefore more capacity being rolled out.’
‘We’ve got to this position by not only offering a fantastic product at a great price’, continues Peter, ‘but we have always prided ourselves on our high levels of customer satisfaction. Whilst price is one small factor in this it’s actually the little things that matter to the customer. Being courteous, polite, turning up on time and doing the job we say we will do at the price we said we would do it are bigger factors than most tradespeople realise. How many times have you heard of the tradesman who doesn’t turn up or leaves a mess behind him taking no care of your home? You don’t get that with us and we work really hard to maintain our levels of customer service, no matter how busy we are, as everyone deserves to be treated as an individual whether the job we are doing for them is worth £600 or £60. With this new investment we are safeguarding all our futures as we can continue to offer the levels of service which are putting Cloudy2Clear on the map.’
